GENERAL
- In TEAMBOX, you can define freely customizable documents for template and recurring use.
- Your templates may be defined in the TEAMBOX initiation phase and will be displayed in the list of “Document types“.
STEPS
- Go to “Documents“ > “New document“
- Select a “Document type“ from the drop-down
- Select a job from “Favourites“ (i.e. a list of jobs featuring recent time tracking) OR by choosing the job using the “Client“, “Area“ and *“Job“ *drop-downs
- Click the button “Next“ at the bottom of the page
=> More options are displayed
- Choose / customize a “Recipient“ from the drop-down
- Add a “Tag“ to this document to facilitate finding it
- Optionally, customize the “File name“
- Depending on your user’s permissions, you may (not) see the checkbox “Confidential“; clicking it will turn this document into a confidential document that may only be viewed by users with the relevant permissions
- Click the button “Save“ at the bottom of the page
=> “Editor“ is displayed
- Customize the document by specifying the relevant information in the text fields
- HINT: In addition to the editor features, you can also use “Text blocks“ for this document by clicking the puzzle piece icon
- Click “Save“ at the bottom of the page
- Depending on your use case, you may now print the document by clicking the “PDF“ button at the bottom of the page; alternatively, browse the job the document has been created for
- On the job page, scroll down to get to the “Documents“ section
- Expand the list of files to view the recently added document
