GENERAL

  • In TEAMBOX, you can define freely customizable documents for template and recurring use.
  • Your templates may be defined in the TEAMBOX initiation phase and will be displayed in the list of “Document types“.

STEPS

  1. Go to “Documents“ > “New document“
  2. Select a “Document type“ from the drop-down
  3. Select a job from “Favourites“ (i.e. a list of jobs featuring recent time tracking) OR by choosing the job using the “Client“, “Area“ and *“Job“ *drop-downs
  4. Click the button “Next“ at the bottom of the page
    => More options are displayed
  5. Choose / customize a “Recipient“ from the drop-down
  6. Add a “Tag“ to this document to facilitate finding it
  7. Optionally, customize the “File name“
  8. Depending on your user’s permissions, you may (not) see the checkbox “Confidential“; clicking it will turn this document into a confidential document that may only be viewed by users with the relevant permissions
  9. Click the button “Save“ at the bottom of the page
    => “Editor“ is displayed
  10. Customize the document by specifying the relevant information in the text fields
  11. HINT: In addition to the editor features, you can also use “Text blocks“ for this document by clicking the puzzle piece icon
  12. Click “Save“ at the bottom of the page
  13. Depending on your use case, you may now print the document by clicking the “PDF“ button at the bottom of the page; alternatively, browse the job the document has been created for
  14. On the job page, scroll down to get to the “Documents“ section
  15. Expand the list of files to view the recently added document
