  • Collective estimates (i.e. a summary PDF print + overall calculated sum of several specified cost estimates) can only be created for estimates that are part of the same area


  1. Go to “Finances” > “Estimates” and view the desired estimates for the specific area
    => A list of all relevant cost estimates is displayed
  2. Click the check boxes in the first column to select all estimates that should be printed collectively
  3. Once you are happy with your selection, un/check additional printing options (i.e. “with Header/Footer”, “with VAT) and click “Gang print run”
    => A summary PDF invoice listing all selected estimates, featuring an overview of all estimates (at the beginning of the document) and an overall sum (at the end of the document) has been created
