• Required user permissions set in Admin
  • Go to “Employees” > “Leave schedule”
  • When clicking an employee’s name in the leftmost column, additional details are displayed on the right
  • Click on the desired date in the employee’s row, and in the window that has now opened select the desired time frame (i.e. whole day or morning/afternoon), the reasons for the absence and the final day of absence (“enter until”)
  • Save all data by clicking “OK”

  • You can change any data for a recorded absence by clicking each of the corresponding “Correction” links in the box on the right (i.e. after selecting a specific employee): click on the green “plus” icon and enter a reason and the number of days (adapt them by clicking “+” or “-”)
  • Save all data by clicking “OK”
