General information

These settings are used for defining the rates of your agency.



  1. Go to “Admin” > “Services admin” > “Rates”
  2. At the end of the list, click the green ‘plus’ icon
  3. Enter a new “Rate name” for the service (e.g. “Art Direction”, “Programming” or “Texting”, etc.)
  4. Select the correct “Unit” type (i.e. “hour” or “piece”)
  5. At “Cost”, enter the cost of producing / creating the service
  6. At “Price”, enter the price customers will be charged for that service
  7. Click the green ‘check’ icon to save your entry

PLEASE NOTE: After defining cost types, services and rates you lastly have to assign the rates in Assignment accordingly
