• a previously created or new job


  1. Open the job and navigate to “Job overview”
    => “Phases” are displayed on the right
  2. Click the green ‘plus’ icon, enter the name of the phase and its description (optional) and click the green ‘check’ icon
  3. Click “Save” at the end of the page
    1. Scroll down and click the section title “Activities” OR
    2. §Alternatively§ go to the module “Activities” > “Activity list” and use the “Client list” filter to select the job
      => All the phases (and corresponding activities) for this job are displayed
