STEPS

  1. Go to “Production“ > “New document“
  2. Select “Request“
  3. Choose a “Template“ from the drop-down
  4. Click the button “New“ at the bottom of the page
  5. Choose a job for the production request using the drop-downs and click the button “Save“ at the bottom of the page
    => The tab “Request“ is displayed
  6. Enter all the details for your production request in the template and click the button “Save“ at the bottom of the page
  7. Clicking the button “PDF“ at the bottom of the page will create a PDF document that only prints those fields that have been filled out
    1. PLEASE NOTE: empty fields and their headers will not be included in the PDF
  8. Click the button “Finalized“ at the bottom of the page
  9. In the tab “Receiver“, specify the recipients the production request should be sent to by clicking the green ‘plus’ icon
  10. Start entering a “Company“ name in the field (as specified in your addresses) and choose the company name from the displayed list
  11. Customize the request by supplying a “Contact person“ and an “Address“
  12. From “Shipment“, choose the type of communication to be established with the potential supplier (e.g. “Email“)
  13. Save your input by clicking on the green check Icon and repeat the previous steps to define several other suppliers
  14. Once you have defined all recipients, mark all relevant suppliers and click “Create request“
    => The requests have been generated (PDF) and/or transmitted (email)
  15. Browse the job and scroll down to “Production requests/orders“
    => The newly created production request is listed in the job
